Don't Be Liq AI

Privacy Policy: Don't Be Liq AI

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains what data Don't Be Liq AI handles, why, and when it is deleted. It covers the Don't Be Liq AI mobile app (iOS and Android) and the Don't Be Liq AI Telegram bot (@dontbeliqai_bot).

Don't Be Liq AI is a chart-reading tool for crypto pairs, made for education and information. It is not investment advice.

Who we are: Gökhan Şen, Türkiye. Contact: privacy@dontbeliq.app.

In brief

  • You don't need a name, email address or phone number. The app works with an anonymous account.
  • The signal message text and screenshots you send are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to read the signal. We don't keep screenshots.
  • Your analysis history is kept for 90 days, and you can delete it any time.
  • There are no ads, no advertising or analytics tools, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. We never hand your data over to others for money.

1. What we collect

In the app

  • Anonymous account ID. Created automatically the first time you open the app. There is no sign-up.
  • Device code. A random code the app creates and keeps in your phone's secure storage. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of it. It stops free analyses from being reset by reinstalling the app.
  • The time you accepted the "Read this first" screen.
  • Counters: how many free analyses you have used and how many analyses you ran today.
  • Network counter: how many free analyses were run from your internet connection today. We store only a scrambled (hashed) code made from your IP address, never the address itself. It stops free analyses from being multiplied with new accounts.
  • Subscription status: whether a subscription is active and until when. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card or payment details.
  • Analysis records: the pair, the timeframe, the signal levels read from what you sent (direction, start, stop and target levels), the analysis result, the chart card image and the time.

In the Telegram bot

  • Telegram user ID, your Telegram language setting and the time you accepted.
  • Counters: free analyses used and today's count, and whether you tapped "Notify me when the app launches".
  • Invited pilot testers only: your Telegram username, so the bot can recognise you.
  • Analysis records, as in the app.
  • An open question: while the bot waits for you to choose a timeframe, it keeps the pair and signal levels for up to one day.

What we don't collect: name, email, phone number, contacts, location, advertising ID or browsing history. We don't store your screenshots. We don't store the full text of your signal message, only the levels read from it.

The app reads your clipboard only when you tap the paste button, and it only sees the photo you choose.

2. How we use it

  • To read your signal and produce the chart analysis.
  • To show your history.
  • To count free and daily analyses and apply our limits (fair use, abuse prevention and a daily cost ceiling).
  • To check your subscription status.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't build marketing profiles and we never hand it over to others for money.

3. AI processing (Anthropic)

To read your signal, the message text or screenshot you send goes from our server to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude. The analysis step then sends Anthropic market data (price candles) and the signal levels. We don't send Anthropic your account ID, Telegram ID or device code.

Under Anthropic's commercial terms (checked 22 October 2026), Anthropic does not use this data to train its models and deletes it from its systems within 30 days. Content that its automated safety systems flag for a usage-policy violation can be kept longer, and data can be kept where the law requires it.

4. Service providers

  • Supabase: our database, server functions and file storage. Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Anthropic: AI processing (USA), as described above.
  • RevenueCat: subscription status (USA). It receives your anonymous account ID and your purchase history from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play: take payments under their own privacy policies.
  • Telegram: if you use the bot, your messages pass through Telegram under its own privacy policy.
  • Binance and Bybit: we fetch public market prices from them. No personal data is sent to them.

5. Share cards

Share cards don't show your name or username. Each card carries a card code. Anyone who has the card can open the same analysis in our Telegram bot with that code. After you delete your history, the card no longer opens.

6. When data is deleted

  • Analysis records and chart cards: 90 days, then deleted automatically every night, or earlier if you delete your history.
  • Screenshots: not stored. Our server discards them after reading, and the app deletes its copy on your phone after the analysis.
  • The bot's open questions: 1 day. Telegram duplicate-message markers: 7 days. Daily counters, including the network counter: 35 days.
  • Account record (anonymous account ID or Telegram ID, scrambled device code, acceptance time, free-analysis counter, subscription status): kept while the service runs, so free analyses can't be reset by deleting history or reinstalling. You can ask us to delete it (see section 7).
  • Technical logs kept by our hosting provider, which can include IP addresses and request times: kept briefly, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Anthropic: see section 3.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Delete your history: in the app, Settings → Delete my history. In the bot, send /delete. This deletes your analysis records and chart cards. An analysis that is still running is deleted when it finishes.
  • Other requests: email privacy@dontbeliq.app to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of your account record or to object to how we use it. We reply within 30 days.
  • If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR) or in Turkey (KVKK), you have these rights by law, and you can also complain to your data protection authority.
  • Legal bases (GDPR):
    • Providing the service you ask for: analyses, history, subscription.
    • Our legitimate interests: limits, abuse prevention, security and cost control.
    • Legal obligations, where they apply.

8. International transfers

Your data is stored in the EU (Supabase) and processed in the USA by Anthropic and RevenueCat. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the providers' standard data protection terms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

  • All connections use encryption (HTTPS).
  • Your history can only be read by your own account.
  • Chart cards sit in private storage and open through temporary links.
  • AI calls and secret keys stay on our server, never in the app.

10. Children

Don't Be Liq AI is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. We announce important changes in the app and the bot.
